In collaboration with The Udder Bar Ice Cream Shop of Allentown, we proudly present “Udder Madness”. A one of a kind Salted Caramel Chocolate Covered Pretzel Imperial Dessert Stout.
Brewed with 8 different malts and hard pretztels in the mash and a generous dose of lactose in the kettle, this beer is thick and profound. Conditioned on cocoa, caramel and vanilla it has layers upon layers of flavors that melt into a long creamy finish. The heavy body and sweetness are balanced by the dryness of the pretzels and toasted malts. This beer should be enjoyed fresh but would do fine aging at cellar temperatures for up to a year. Let it warm in your glass as you slowly sip it alongside some delicious small batch ice cream from the Udder Bar!
