Simple and elegant in its recipe construction, the intense flavors of pears, peaches, bubblegum, pepper and clove are achieved through a long, multi-step mash process and a fermentation that begins low and slow and slowly ramps up to a warm and vigorous party as our blend of two distinct yeast strains devour the sugars in this high gravity wort until there is basically nothing left for them to consume.
