Our American Lager is actually a real challenge to make. Brewing a clean, crisp American “lawnmower” beer requires immaculate sanitation, precise control of temperatures throughout the process. It also requires patience. Lagering for weeks at near freezing temperatures produces a brilliant, clear and refreshing beer.
This is sure to please people hesitant to drink “craft” beer as well as beer geeks looking for a palate reset after a big bodied hop bomb or imperial stout.
As for pairing suggestions… keep it simple. Nachos, hot dogs, burgers or Chinese take out.
