Silent Disco brings the dank from kettle to glass. A little more aggressive than Citrus and a little more complex, “Disco” can make any party something to remember. Showcasing more pungent, earthy and herbal hop varieties balanced by a great tropical aroma and flavors of ripe berries.
If you’re looking for a change from Citrus, this is the beer to grab. Familiar but with a definite wild side. Although this would pair well with some fried chicken or white pizza, I think Silent Disco pairs best with another pint of Silent Disco. This is beer drinking beer, through and through.
