Our first new Imperial IPA in way too long! Still Holding was built from the ground up to be a little different than anything we’ve made in the past while maintaining the unmistakable spirit of a Funk Hazy IPA.
You’ll find that Still Holding has a little bit more sweetness and body than our other hazy offerings to go along with a truly unique international blend of hops. Loads of oats in this one.
From the Pacific Northwest:
A blend of juicy, pungent Citra and intense, zesty Idaho 7 added at first wort and 2 different stages in the whirlpool.
From Slovenia:
Floral, lemon and berry aromas from Styrian Dragon from a dry hop just before the end of fermentation.&
From New Zealand:
A burst of passionfruit, peach and pineapple from Nectaron added at terminal gravity.
