Our Citrus IPA strikes a perfect balance between hop intensity and drinkability. Although we use a small amount of grapefruit, Citrus gets its wonderful flavors from a mixture of hop products. The key hops are Mosaic and Simcoe with some other varieties in a supporting role.
Citrus, like all of our beers, is made to be enjoyed by itself and at all occasions. But I think it pairs beautifully with rich and spicy foods like BBQ, coconut curry or a loaded pepperoni and sausage pizza. A more complementary pairing with a bright summer salad or sushi roll works just as well.
Mix it with some OJ for the perfect brunch “beermosa”.
